Working towards our objective of manufacturing technology-intensive precision products, Suncall is developing new products by merging of core technologies (precision plastic forming of metals, shaped dies and moles and molding of plastics) and new technology. We are supplying these products to the emerging and fast-growing digitronics market in network-oriented society.

Suncall has developed precision shaped wire, based on precision metal forming. In addition to energy conservation, this technology has enhanced design technology for "springs" and other components requiring elasticity. It has been contributing substantially to development of products that are lighter, slimmer and smaller.

Blending high-precision plastic metal forming with clean-room technology, interfacial technology and assembly technology (laser-welding, etc.), we are expanding our applications into the information equipment sector.

Starting with processing and material assembly, by adding engineering plastics technology and fine ceramics technology to metal forming technology, we are raising the level of all stages of component production technology. The core technology of Suncall is thus being realigned towards vertical integration in manufacture of components for the optic fiber communications sector.
